The division Facility Management of DT&V performs a large number of supporting activities for the process departments and the General Director.
These duties include personnel management, organization management and development and implementation of HR policy. In the field of general and technical support, the division is responsible for housing, purchase and financial management. The division Facility Management also provides advice to the management about these key areas.
In addition, the division is responsible for the provision of information by furnishing ICT means and by conducting functional application management for the primary information system. The division Facility Management is also responsible for the planning & control cycle, including the budgeting process. The Staff Division further includes a number of specialist duties, such as OHS/prevention, support of employee participation and communication.
For the purpose of performing these duties the division has been divided into the following clusters:
