Division for Implementation and Policy
The division for Implementation and Policy supports the developments of DT&V and facilitates the implementation in acting efficiently, in time and with care. For the purpose of performing these duties the division has been divided into three clusters.
Strategic Relationship Management cluster
The Strategic Relationship Management cluster is responsible for creating and maintaining, jointly or independently, good relationships with DT&V's most important partners and actors in the implementation of the repatriation policy. This applies to national as well as international relationships.
Implementation and Policy cluster
The Implementation and Policy cluster is responsible for providing substantive advice and support to the departments and the Managing Director. This cluster is also responsible for translating the policy into implementation instructions and for making proposals to change the policy on the basis of experiences from implementation.
Process Management cluster
The Process Management cluster is responsible for maintaining the administrative organization (particularly the process protocols).
