Currently, there are many Syrians who have received a return order from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND). DTenV is inviting them to on-site information sessions about returning to Syria. The first sessions will begin shortly in South Holland.
As the Repatriation and Departure Service (DTenV), we support people without the right to reside in the Netherlands as they leave the country. In a personal interview, we inform them about the situation and the options for return and reintegration in Syria.
Because DTenV has received many cases from the IND, we will be organizing group sessions for Syrians with a return decision to inform them about returning to Syria. During these sessions, we will focus specifically on the support available to help them make a fresh start, as described in the flyer below. The meetings will begin in South Holland, at the Zoetermeer reception center. Afterward, meetings will gradually begin in other provinces as well.
Syrians who, following the group meetings, would like to speak with a DTenV staff member about their own situation can email info@dtenv.nl with their V-number, name, and place of residence. They will then receive an invitation for a meeting. If possible, this meeting will take place at the location where they are staying.
Note: Syrians who have a residence permit or who still have a pending asylum application are also eligible for return support. They can register for this on the DTenV website. For more information, see Return support for Syrians | Repatriation and Departure Service
