Aliens Act, Article 65

A foreign national:

• who has entered the Netherlands on board a vessel or aircraft operated by a carrier and who is required to leave the Netherlands immediately, or
• who has been detained with a view to his removal within six months of his arrival on board a vessel or aircraft operated by a carrier, may be removed by being put on board a vessel or aircraft operated by the same carrier.
