Annex 9 Convention of Chicago

Apart from the above sources of law, a specialised UN body for civil aviation, the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), has also drawn up regulations pertaining to the return transport of foreign nationals by airline companies. These regulations can be found in Annex 9, Chapter 5, to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention).
