Steps in the process
There are different steps in the procedure from from the moment the foreign national is refused entry to the moment of cancellation of the claim.
- Carrier receives a removal order
- Carrier receives a booking request
- Carrier receives a flight cancellation request
- Carrier receives a subsequent booking request
- Carrier receives notice that the duty to return ceases to apply
- State transports inadmissable and recovers costs from carrier
- Carrier receives an invoice
